  • Administrator/Office Worker >

    Administrative and office roles which are not specific to social care such as IT, finance, transport

  • Ancillary Worker >

    Includes domestic staff, catering staff, gardeners, porters

  • Care Worker >

    Frontline staff in all care settings; work as part of a team and are supervised by a manager or senior care worker

  • Senior Care Worker >

    Will often be in charge of a shift of workers and will take responsibility for the smooth running of the service while they are on duty
